Shape the overall technical strategy for our BIM and GenAI initiatives. Collaborate with business partners to design, implement, and launch groundbreaking products and services. Engage with cross-functional teams on complex projects, translating requirements into robust solutions. Establish technical standards and drive architecture and engineering best practices within the team. Mentor and guide junior engineers in design, coding, and operational excellence. Please inquire for specific address details. Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of professional software development experience. Experience as a mentor or tech lead, guiding engineering teams. Proficiency in at least one programming language with a strong grasp of software development workflows. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the full software development lifecycle including coding standards, reviews, and operational practices. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Familiarity with custom BIM software development and third-party API integrations. Experience building software solutions on AWS.
