Team Overview: We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer to lead our System Security group in driving technology and transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with diverse teams to design, configure, and deploy essential security infrastructure while providing leadership in tools, methodologies, standards, regulations, and best practices. What You'll Do: Assess the security posture of our existing infrastructure to pinpoint gaps and areas for improvement. Team up with enterprise stakeholders to implement and enhance security solutions across systems, networks, and applications. Create and uphold systems, policies, and standards that align with industry best practices. Design, implement, and manage enterprise PKI systems and processes. Develop secure network architectures and solutions (segmentation, firewalls, zero-trust, etc.). Serve as a subject matter expert in core security domains, guiding and providing technical leadership to cross-functional teams. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or equivalent experience. At least 7 years of relevant technical experience. Proven expertise in at least one Information Security discipline with experience across multiple technologies. Strong ability to develop and analyze system designs within your area of expertise. Excellent leadership skills to guide a collaborative team environment. Ability to establish effective relationships across various departments.
