Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance, and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases, and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs, and conducts regular assessments, maintenance, and enhancements of existing applications.

Responsibilities:

Analyze complex business requirements to design SAP S/4HANA OTC solutions covering order management, pricing, shipping, invoicing, and accounts receivable.

Configure and implement advanced S/4HANA functionalities such as FIORI apps, Advanced ATP, BRF+, and embedded analytics.

Ensure seamless integration of OTC processes with other SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, PP) and external systems.

Lead data migration activities for OTC-related data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during implementation.

Identify areas for process improvement and leverage S/4HANA capabilities to enhance OTC workflows.

Design and implement custom solutions for complex pricing models, discount structures, and rebate management.

Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce errors in order processing and billing.

Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with business timelines and objectives.

Develop detailed project plans, define deliverables, and manage resources effectively.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving critical OTC issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.

Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.

Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks or bottlenecks.

Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users, business teams, and IT staff on OTC processes and configurations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align OTC processes with organizational goals and industry standards.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and issue resolutions.

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure OTC process efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

8+ years of experience in SAP SD/OTC roles, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA environments preferred.

Proven experience in leading greenfield or brownfield S/4HANA implementation projects.

Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA OTC processes, including order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and accounts receivable.

Strong knowledge of integration points across S/4HANA modules (FI/CO, MM, PP) and third-party systems.

Proficiency in advanced S/4HANA functionalities like Advanced ATP, BRF+, and CDS views.

Hands-on experience with SAP FIORI apps and reporting tools.

Familiarity with data migration tools (LTMC, LSMW) and methodologies.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Anticipated salary range: $121,600 - $173,700
