What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand their contact center environment and operational goals - Design and deliver customized, value-driven demos and proof of concepts showcasing AI solutions - Build and maintain enterprise demo environments simulating real-world contact center processes - Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into product roadmaps - Educate prospects and customers on implementing Generative AI in real-world quality assurance use cases
What is Required (Qualifications): - 3+ years in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Pre-Sales role supporting AI, ML, or Contact Center technologies - Experience with Generative AI / LLMs and related ecosystems - Strong understanding of contact center interaction workflows and platforms - Demonstrated experience presenting to technical and executive audiences - Proficiency in coding languages/tools like Python, Postman, REST APIs, and cloud platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in regulated industries such as financial services and healthcare - Excellent storytelling, diagramming, and objection-handling skills
