What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as a technical expert alongside Account Executives throughout the entire sales cycle
Create and deliver custom presentations and demos that address customer needs and solutions
Facilitate tailored proof-of-concepts, ensuring they are interactive and informative
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of how solutions fit into prospective customers' business problems
Advocate for prospects’ needs while managing difficult conversations when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 6 years of customer-facing sales engineering experience
Knowledge of the security industry, including competitors, market needs, and trends
Technical knowledge of networking and endpoint security concepts
Familiarity with fundamental cloud infrastructure concepts, including virtual private clouds and data management
Strong presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical practitioners and C-Level executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Ruby
Practical knowledge of enterprise endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions
Ability to manage multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment
Understanding of key sales activities and their impact on the sales cycle
