Job Summary: Emerson is a global leader in automation technology and software, dedicated to helping customers improve productivity and sustainability. The Product Marketing Engineer will lead a cross-functional team in creating and executing go-to-market plans, driving customer adoption of NI products through strategic marketing initiatives and mentoring junior marketers. Responsibilities: • Leads a cross-functional team to develop a Go-to-Market plan for target application areas • Works alongside integrated marketing counterparts to define and execute plans for market awareness and demand generation • Is the single source of truth to represent the value proposition and differentiation for – synthesizing input from internal and external partners • Mentors junior product marketers to develop skills and understanding of product & application differentiation • Leads development of both product and application level marketing content for automated test and decide customer-facing messaging • Creates content including demos, whitepapers, presentations, videos and more. Qualifications: Required: • 10+ years of relevant industry experience (preference for test engineering development or other technical role) • Strong familiarity and belief in NI software (LabVIEW, TestStand, Flexlogger, etc.) and NI hardware platforms (PXI and cDAQ/cRIO) • Exceptional strategic/business acumen – with ability to lead through influence • Strong communication skills, including technical writing and presenting. • Self-motivated but collaborative work ethic • Some national, and international travel required (5-10%) Company: Emerson is an technology & engineering company providing innovative solutions for customers in industrial and residential markets.
