Role Lead efforts to enhance device performance through variability reduction and yield optimization across advanced semiconductor processes, with a focus on both leading-edge and legacy device technologies Analyze process and device test data using statistical methods and identify key levers for improvement, particularly in high-volume manufacturing environments Develop and modify integration flows to incorporate novel materials into both internal R&D and external customer platforms, considering a broad range of device types (e.g., planar CMOS, FinFET, GAA, and DRAM peri-transistors) Conduct device and process simulations using TCAD tools to validate integration strategies and guide experimental work Coordinate root-cause investigations using physical analysis techniques and propose corrective actions related to epi, defectivity, and front-end process modules Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams and manage technical projects from concept through implementation, bridging research and manufacturable solutions Qualifications 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process development or device integration, preferably within high-volume manufacturing or foundry environments Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related field.
