San Francisco, California, United States Software and Services Description In this role you will,* Collaborate with legal and privacy teams across Apple regarding applicable Privacy laws, regulations and policies.* Participate in the development of new Apple policies and implement relevant processes and procedures* Assess ASE infrastructure and applications against new Privacy laws, regulations and policies.* Identify gaps and develop remediation plan to comply with Privacy laws, regulations and policies.* Translate Legal requirements into implementation requirements and collaborate with engineering teams around the implementation Minimum Qualifications 7 years of experience in privacy compliance and/or privacy engineering role Excellent understanding of GDPR and CCPA regulations and standards Proficiency in report writing, analysis, and compliance procedures Experience conducting compliance assessments, audits, and risk assessments Preferred Qualifications Bachelor in compliance, data privacy management, business administration or legal studies Strong organizational management skills Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication and reporting skills At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $181,100 and $318,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
