You Are
As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between user needs and Microsoft Power Platform-based solutions. You will lead development and solution architecture efforts, working closely with end-users and stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable, and secure applications. Your focus will be on leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to solve business challenges and drive digital transformation.
Responsibilities
Design and develop custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
Build intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces using Power Apps.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.
Develop and manage scalable Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.
Ensure data modeling and application logic align with best practices and organizational standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade Power Platform applications.
Perform unit and integration testing to ensure solution reliability and performance.
Write effective, user-centered documentation and support materials.
Collaborate with users and technical teams to enhance existing solutions or implement new features.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and development sprints.

Here's What You Need
Master’s degree in related field with 10+ years of experience as Software Engineer
or in lieu of a Master's degree: Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years experience
5–10 years of experience in software development or solution architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
Active Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification (PL-400).
Active CompTIA Security+ / IAT Level II certification.
Experience implementing governance and security for Power Platform solutions.
Proficiency in using connectors, expressions, and custom APIs within Power Platform.
Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes for Power Platform.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong understanding of OOP principles and experience with scripting languages (e.g., Visual Basic, SQL, Power Fx).
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dataverse, and data integration tools.
Experience integrating Power Platform with external data sources (e.g., SQL Server, SharePoint, REST APIs)
Must be a US Citizen
Possess a Secret security clearance
