Senior Network Engineer

The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of enterprise network infrastructure across manufacturing sites and office locations. This role will focus on ensuring high performance, scalability, and security of network systems while supporting mission-critical applications and operations. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD-WAN networks across multi-site environments
Implement and manage network security solutions including firewalls (, Palo Alto, Fortinet), VPNs, and NAC
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability
Collaborate with global IT teams to align infrastructure strategies and support cross-border operations
Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance network efficiency, scalability, and resilience
Maintain and update network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration standards
Participate in disaster recovery planning, redundancy testing, and network hardening
Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians in network best practices
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
+ years of enterprise network engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing or large-scale enterprise setting
Strong knowledge of routing protocols (, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and Layer / technologies
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Client/Aruba, and/or Fortinet infrastructure
Familiarity with industrial networking standards (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, etc.) a plus
Proficient in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (, Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG)
CCNP or equivalent certification required; CCIE or other advanced certifications a plus
Experience working in high-availability, / environments and supporting OT/IT convergence is preferred
