The Senior Systems Engineer is a global technical & customer service role that provides L3 Microsoft 365 Suite support and participates in various technology initiatives & projects. Your duties will include managing and supporting the company’s Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring system availability, integrity, security, and support of internal end-users globally. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365 services, and a strong background in Power Platform and PowerShell scripting.
You will be an integral member of a global IT team, spanning 40+ countries worldwide. You’ll have opportunities to collaborate with various teams and learn about new technologies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as a Microsoft Office 365 technical subject matter expert, including expert-level understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Graph PowerShell scripting, Azure AD, Security, and Intune.
Ensure the operational health of the SharePoint Online environment, including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability.
Configure and maintain policies, settings, and packages within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Promote innovative solutions to internal clients regarding Microsoft productivity offerings.
Take ownership of issues/requests through resolution or escalation.
Minimum Required Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant experience, particularly managing medium to large environments.
Expert-level knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office 365 suite, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Experience building and executing PowerShell scripts and Power Apps.
General networking knowledge – IP, DNS, SMTP.
Knowledge of Slack administration preferred but not required.
Knowledge of identity management products such as Okta.
Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
Microsoft O365 Certification preferred but not required.
Azure Certification preferred but not required.
ITIL Certification preferred but not required.

This position requires working in a designated shift from Monday to Friday, Central Time 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (5:00 pm - 1:30 am Bulgarian time).
