Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 10+ years of experience in the A/E environment to join a dynamic engineering team. Basic Qualifications
Accredited bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Minimum 10 years of experience in an architecture/engineering (A/E) setting
Proven success managing mechanical engineering projects
Broad technical knowledge of mechanical systems and related disciplines
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree or certifications in mechanical engineering or sustainability
Experience with commercial facility design and energy-efficient systems
Strong leadership and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Lead mechanical engineering projects of various sizes, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery
Supervise and mentor engineering staff, fostering technical skill development and career growth
Coordinate project efforts internally and with clients, architects, and other disciplines
Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communications
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices
Support proposal development and assist in business development activities
