What a Typical Day Looks Like Own complex manufacturing challenges: shape process design, guide fabrication methods, and drive modification and evaluation of production operations. Partner across functions (design, quality, supply chain, test) to ensure designs translate into robust, repeatable manufacturing processes. Build the groundwork for execution: create manufacturing process plans, define test requirements, map manufacturing flows, and develop capacity plans. Review detailed product designs early to optimize manufacturability and producibility. Prepare plans, lead support studies, and perform analyses and tests that advance production performance. Exercise sound judgment while navigating diverse technical problems and data-driven decisions. About You Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and 5+ years of relevant engineering experience. Background in one or more areas: manufacturing, production, industrial engineering, welding, tooling, testing, processing, software, or robotics. Self-directed, energetic contributor who takes ownership from concept through completion. Comfortable operating independently and as part of a collaborative team. Additional Proficiencies Engineering degree. Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
