What will you be doing? What are the minimum qualifications? A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering:Mechanical, Manufacturing or Process, etc. At least 7 years of relevant experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is essential; a Black Belt certification is highly valued A proven track record of successfully leading continuous improvement projects that deliver remarkable results A deep understanding of statistical analysis and process control, including SPC, DOE, and PFMEA Experience with ERP and MES systems, complemented by proficiency in CAD and simulation tools Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills A passion for modern manufacturing practices, including the transformative power of Industry 4.0 technologies

What will make your rsum stand out? Skilled in AutoCAD 3D or SketchUp Strong Understanding of regulatory compliance, including FDA and ISO 13485, AS9100 Solid foundation in automation systems, robotics, and smart manufacturing technologies
