You will leverage your senior experience and leadership capabilities to shape the security landscape of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. You will be at the forefront of securing the AI/ML lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF), and managing security reviews for both tools and models. Responsibilities: Perform and review technical security assessments of AI/ML computing environments Identify vulnerabilities and non-compliance issues with established Information Assurance (IA) standards and regulations Recommend and implement mitigation strategies for AI/ML systems Validate and verify system security requirements for AI/ML solutions Design, develop, and integrate IA and security systems for AI/ML environments, including those with multiple enclaves and varying data protection requirements Lead the security review process for AI/ML tools and models Ensure compliance with RMF throughout the AI/ML lifecycle Provide senior-level expertise and leadership in AI/ML security Qualifications: Required: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related field (or 4 years of equivalent ISSE experience) 14+ years of experience as an ISSE on similar programs and contracts DoD 8570.01-M compliance with IASAE Level 2 CISSP Certification Experience with AI/ML RMF SSP authorization Expertise in AI/ML services contracts and configurations Proficiency in conducting AI/ML request security reviews Desired: Advanced degree in a relevant field Additional certifications in cybersecurity or AI/ML Experience leading teams or mentoring junior security professionals Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex security concepts to diverse audiences Familiarity with emerging AI/ML security trends and best practices - ________________________________________________________________________________________ What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
