The Senior Full Stack Engineer has a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies, and is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that provide a seamless user experience. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles, a passion for technology, and the ability to mentor junior developers.

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers and junior developers Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Implement and manage continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development Mentor and guide junior developers to foster their growth and development Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 10+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or in a similar role Strong proficiency with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js) Solid understanding of back-end technologies (Node.js, TypeScript) is required Open-source knowledge (MCP Supabase) is required Foundational understanding of AI (e.g., conversational, generative, automation) is ideal Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) is preferred Familiarity with RESTful API design and development is preferred Experience with version control systems (Git) is preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Relevant certifications or advanced degrees Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools Experience with testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Mocha, Selenium, etc.) Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools

Compensation: Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
