What You'll Do Lead or support global cross-functional projects for new disposable products.
Translate user needs into product requirements and solve engineering challenges using tools like dFMEA, HFE, CAD.
Develop and maintain design history documentation, including testing and validation protocols.
Build prototypes, test fixtures, and basic tooling; may operate machine tools.
Ensure compliance with design controls, safety standards, and global regulations.
What You'll Bring BS in Mechanical, Plastics, or Biomedical Engineering (MS preferred).
3-5 years of experience in Class II/III disposable medical device development.
Familiarity with DFSS, stage/gate processes, and plastics manufacturing methods.
Proficient in CAD/PDM tools (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks) and regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 14971).
Strong initiative, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
