ECHOSTAR is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI) systems across enterprise applications. This role focuses on building scalable, production-ready AI solutions for real-time analytics, intelligent automation, and decision support systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML technologies into cloud-native infrastructure while maintaining high standards of performance, reliability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI/ML systems and integrate with Generative AI technologies
Collaborate with the data science teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into cloud infrastructure, ensuring smooth transitions and knowledge continuity
Optimize AI/ML pipelines for real-time data handling, scalability, and develop APIs for seamless system communication
Implement CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitLab and leverage cloud-native technologies for scalable AI solutions
Conduct testing, benchmarking, and documentation to ensure AI/ML systems meet performance and functional requirements
Lead AI/ML initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to roadmaps, aligning solutions with project goals
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, GenAI, or a combination of software development and AI-driven solutions, with extensive expertise in integrating AI/ML into enterprise-scale applications
Strong track record of delivering scalable AI/ML systems
Skills and Qualifications:
Expertise in fine-tuning large language models
Strong understanding of AI/ML applications
Experience designing production-grade AI pipelines for real-time decision-making and predictive analytics
Proficient in cloud-based AI solutions using AWS services such as Athena, SageMaker, Lambda, EKS, and S3
Skilled in Python programming, data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Apache Spark), and API development for system integration
Knowledgeable in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), version control (Git), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Agile development
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,688.00/Year - $158,125.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
