The Role: Senior Embedded Engineer
We're hiring a Senior Embedded Engineer to lead development of a critical new product: a plug-in TV device built from the ground up. This will be a cornerstone of the platform's hardware strategy and a key hire on the embedded systems team.
What You'll Do:
Design and develop embedded software for a brand-new TV hardware device. Build out core features, firmware, and connectivity from scratch. Work closely with product and software teams to bring an integrated experience to market. Requirements: Strong proficiency in C and C++ Experience with RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems) Expertise in building hardware and delivering OTA (Over-the-Air) updates Nice to Have: Experience with Python or Rust Linux scripting proficiency Background in streaming media or consumer hardware products What's on Offer: Competitive base salary Equity options Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
