What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Electronics Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of experience in electronic design.
• Proven expertise in electronic product development.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• A lean mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Bonus Points For:

• A Master's degree in engineering.
• Experience in complex avionics systems development.
• Cross-domain expertise in electronic design, custom logic design, and software development.
• Direct customer engagement experience.
• Knowledge of EMC, thermal testing, and product qualification.

Salary Range: $121,500.00 - $162,100.00 DOE. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
