Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to enhance our technology infrastructure by focusing on CI/CD, cloud automation, and operational excellence. This role fits an experienced DevOps professional eager to automate processes and scale our secure, reliable infrastructure across teams. What You'll Do: Build, scale, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern tools like GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps. Automate deployment and testing workflows with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash. Implement security best practices to safeguard applications and data. Support cloud infrastructure with an emphasis on automation and system resilience. Measure and report on system health, including availability and latency. Work closely with developers, QA, and operations to streamline delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in infrastructure and pipelines proactively. Engage in quarterly team meetings and collaboration sessions, with occasional travel to NJ as needed. Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience in DevOps or related engineering roles. Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, particularly GitHub and Azure. Solid understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Azure. Proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor or Splunk. Knowledge of SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for performance monitoring. Comfortable in Agile environments and collaborative settings. Willingness to travel (~20%) for team activities. Nice to Have: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform). Exposure to package managers like NPM or NuGet. Background in DevSecOps. A passion for automation and improving system reliability. Note: This is a hands-on engineering position, focused on automation, cloud tooling, and secure delivery pipelines. You will play a key role in shaping our systems and processes.
