Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Identity Solutions Engineer to design and implement enterprise-level CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) solutions. This is a hands-on role for a skilled engineer who can deliver secure, scalable solutions using platforms such as Liferay , Auth0 , and Okta , with strong backend development skills in Spring Boot .

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Development

Architect and implement CIAM solutions using Liferay Portal and Auth0.

Develop custom Liferay portlets, themes, layouts, and plugins.

Build secure integrations with SSO, CRM systems, and directories.

Technical Leadership

Lead complex issue resolution related to identity platforms.

Collaborate with architecture, security, and product teams.

Maintain architecture diagrams and integration documentation.

Innovation & Best Practices

Evaluate and implement modern authentication protocols and IAM frameworks.

Mentor junior developers; lead knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, IT, or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 8 years in enterprise identity solution development.

Tech Skills:

Expert in SAML 2.0 , OAuth 2.0/2.1 , OIDC , JWT

Java, JavaScript, SQL, Spring Boot

Experience with Auth0 , Azure AD , LDAP/Active Directory

REST APIs, Microservices, Git

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Okta , Ping , ForgeRock , SailPoint

Knowledge of CI/CD , Docker/Kubernetes , Infrastructure as Code

Cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Certifications: CISSP , CIAM, AWS/Azure Certified
