As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will: Design and implement cloud infrastructure to support our growing distributed systems Drive infrastructure-as-code practices and cloud security and compliance standards Optimize infrastructure costs while ensuring performance and reliability Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes Build cloud-native solutions for data processing and ML model hosting Technical Challenges We're Tackling: Scale our AWS infrastructure to handle 300M+ annual job placements across multiple geographic regions Implement robust monitoring and alerting for ML model performance and data pipelines Develop robust disaster recovery and high-availability systems Design secure, compliant systems for handling sensitive data at scale Our Technical Environment: Stack: AWS (ECS, RDS, OpenSearch), CDK, GitHub Actions, Docker, OpenTelementry, Grafana Scale: 100M job placements last year, expanding 3-5X across multiple regions Team: 6-person engineering team, working closely with ML and platform engineers Development practices: Infrastructure-as-code, automated testing, security-first mindset Emphasis on automation and self-service developer tools Our Cultural Environment: We're a collaborative team that values technical excellence, experimentation, and sharing We work in the office on MWF to maximize our time together. 5+ years of DevOps/Cloud engineering experience, with deep AWS expertise

Strong experience designing scalable, cost-effective cloud architectures Strong infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar) Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment Background in building secure, compliant infrastructure for data-intensive applications What do we offer?
