Overview

Maxwell-Reddick and Associates, a Pape-Dawson Company, is seeking a full-time Senior Civil Project Engineer based in our Alpharetta, GA office. This position will lead a project design team – and work closely with the Senior Project Manager regarding client communication, permitting, and management on a wide range of residential and commercial development projects. The Senior Civil Project Engineer will collaborate in-house with other civil engineers, landscape architects, and land surveyors to assist our clients in developing public, private, and mixed-use projects. Assist Senior Project Manager or Vice President in the production of project plans, specifications, and cost estimates Develop feasible design alternatives and compare significant parameters such as typical sections, horizontal and vertical alignments, right-of-way requirements and cost Identify and analyze the principal design features and major design alternatives that satisfy the project’s purpose and need Use computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents Prepare written technical reports and engineering studies using approved company format Direct production work of engineering technicians Participate in the development of company design and production standards Additional related duties as needed Qualifications

PE license in Georgia, or ability to achieve by reciprocity Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering 6-10+ years of experience in site design, planning, and project management Strong communication skills Self-motivated, team-oriented individual AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency Join our Talent Community!
