Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field Licensed Professional Engineer Experience managing multi-discipline infrastructure projects Experience in the design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial wastewater treatment projects Proven understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices Solid knowledge of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and regulations
Preferred Qualifications: Eight (8) years of experience designing and/or managing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects Knowledge of regional wastewater issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Ability to scope and budget new wastewater facility projects and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management software and tools Residence in Tallahassee, Panama City, or Pensacola, Florida or surrounding areas.
