LVI is working with a national leading consultancy firm that provides civil, mechanical, electrical and structural engineering; architecture, surveying and subsurface utility services to a wide range of public and private clients. This firm is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join them in their Richmond, VA office.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development. - multi-family residential and commercial development.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
P.E License is required
Proficiency in in AUTOCAD, Civil 3D, Hydraflow and Microsoft Office.
Experience in grading, erosion and sediment control, utility design, stormwater management, water and sewer and, drainage and site plans.

Brief Responsibilities:

Manage project design including technical quality, processes, cost, schedule and people.
Collaborate with the project managers and other engineers/architects on complex projects.
Supervise and prepare design documents, specifications and cost estimates.
Detailed design experience and QA/QC checks.
Prepare studies and reports.
Identify and manage client deliverable and expectations.
Permitting and coordination with federal, state, and local municipalities.
