Industry: Civil Engineering | Experience Level: Senior (10+ Years) Make a Lasting Impact on Communities Across New York We are partnering with a well-established, multidisciplinary design firm seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead high-impact site development and civil infrastructure projects. From green spaces and community parks to complex campuses and transportation systems, you will play a critical role in planning, designing, and delivering projects that shape the built environment throughout New York State. Key Responsibilities: Lead civil/site development projects from conceptual planning through construction administration. Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders to ensure efficient, integrated project delivery. Mentor junior staff and contribute to the technical excellence of the team. Navigate and manage permitting processes in compliance with NYS and local agency regulations. Apply advanced stormwater management and modeling techniques, including HydroCAD. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering NYS Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; EITs with relevant experience will be considered. Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil/site engineering Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation Strong technical background in stormwater management design and modeling Familiarity with New York State and local permitting processes
