This position involves leading large multi-million-dollar, multi-discipline projects as the Civil Discipline Lead, or managing multiple smaller projects while mentoring civil designers and technicians. You will engage in diverse work across local, regional, and national projects, serving Federal Government, Local Municipal, Retail, Commercial, Healthcare, and Industrial clients.

Skills
Professional Engineer (PE) license required (multi-state)
5-10 years of civil design experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software
Knowledge of current design trends and local codes
Familiarity with Federal Facility Criteria and industry standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in preparing project proposals and estimating fees
Ability to accommodate overnight travel by car and air
Responsibilities
Technical completion of civil engineering site development projects
Scope definition, feasibility studies, and design proposal development

Reviewing geotechnical reports and site surveys
Facilitating client review meetings and city development engagements
Documenting site construction observations and meeting notes

Qualifications
Valid PE licenses in multiple states preferred
Proven experience in civil design with 5-10 years in the field
Background in architectural/build environments is desirable
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D software
U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder required
