Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with related environmental experience to add to our growing Environmental Services global practice engineering team in Englewood, CO. We are searching for a self-motivated and experienced professional engineer to lead or support a wide variety of civil and environmental engineering projects in the waste and energy industries and contribute to implementing department strategy, vision, and culture.

The position offers the opportunity to practice in a variety of technical areas, including but not limited to waste infrastructure (solid waste management facility and coal combustion residual (CCR) remediation and closure), site civil design, hydraulic analyses and stormwater management, regulatory compliance, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration and management. The role will require technical leadership, business development, and mentorship of team members. The ideal candidate is engaged with clients and the engineering community in Denver, CO and the western United States.

The successful candidate will be committed to leading a diverse portfolio of projects, delivering technical and financial results, and developing new business. Specific responsibilities include the following:

Compensation

$140,000.00-210,000.00 Yearly

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
