Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible in your community and beyond. HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Aviation program in Tennessee. The primary responsibilities include planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of complex airport projects, typically exceeding $5 million, involving managing project staff. Act as a doer and seller for current and future airport projects in Tennessee. Coordinate multiple projects concurrently, establish client relationships, and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. Conduct design development and contract document work sessions at project sites with Project Managers, technical professionals, and other disciplines. Manage staffing and workload throughout project development to ensure timely completion of documents. Collaborate with Business/Accounting Managers, Project Controllers, and Area or Office Managers for project reviews. Implement QA/QC procedures and oversee personnel training as per strategic plans. Supervise project staff and mentor less experienced team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. At least 10 years of related experience. Minimum of 5 years project management experience. Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project (Access experience a plus). Strong leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills. Commitment to our employee-owned culture.
