As a valued member of our Engineering and Technical Services team, you will: Troubleshoot and diagnose technical service issues and equipment efficiently. Address major network challenges affecting multiple locations or situations critical to operations. Ensure all documentation is thorough, accurate, and consistently maintained. Keep official records regarding maintenance schedules, system configurations, applications, and technical references. Engage in user acceptance training for system and application updates, creating essential training documentation. Leverage your expertise to tackle complex assignments and develop innovative solutions. Coach peers while sharing knowledge across various disciplines within the team. Demonstrate values consistent with CBRE RISE and influence positive cooperation among team members. Address sensitive information effectively to enhance service quality. In this position, you will use your judgment to analyze diverse information sources and adopt new perspectives for existing solutions. Required qualifications include: High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma, along with 4-5 years of relevant experience (or a combination of education and experience). Physical capability to fulfill job demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Experience with Tridium Niagara; certification is a strong preference. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills paired with a curious mindset.
