Sr. AI Engineer/ Architect We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions. This role involves designing scalable systems, fine-tuning large language models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI features. Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Solution Development

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI models and intelligent agents.

- Manage the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects—from use case definition and data preparation to model training, deployment, and monitoring.

- Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for internal applications and optimize prompts for NLP tasks.

- Extract structured insights from unstructured documents using advanced AI techniques.

System Architecture & Engineering

- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML systems across cloud and on-premise environments.

- Design and evolve AI/ML pipelines and software architecture to support continuous delivery and model lifecycle management.

- Automate batch inference workflows and integrate AI features into both internal tools and customer-facing products.

Innovation & Research

- Explore and prototype new use cases for LLMs and emerging AI technologies.

- Define architectural changes that can be implemented incrementally to minimize risk and maximize impact.

Collaboration & Communication

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to deliver impactful AI solutions.

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

- Author technical design documents and participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.

- Mentor team members on AI/ML techniques, tooling, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on NLP and LLMs. Proven experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments. Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (., AWS, Azure). Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and scalable system design. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Knowledge and Experience: Experience with tools like Databricks, Azure ML, and Snowflake. Understanding of ERP platform and experience in enabling AI in business functions like sales, HR, finance, operations, etc. Understanding of AI security and compliance frameworks.
