A leading manufacturer in North America is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its dynamic team at a state-of-the-art facility in Troy, Ohio. This role plays a key part in supporting the financial operations of the plant, with a focus on inventory, cost accounting, and monthly reporting.

Job Details
Key * Manage month-end close activities including account reconciliations, variance analysis, journal entries, and reporting Support physical inventory counts and related reconciliation efforts Maintain inventory control processes and ensure accurate tracking of inventory transactions Assist in the development and maintenance of standard costs for manufacturing operations Support internal and external audits, working closely with the Assistant Controller to address audit findings
**** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA or CMA certification preferred At least 3 years of experience in financial or cost accounting, ideally in a manufacturing setting Experience with Oracle ERP systems highly preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills
