Communication : Share important tax law updates with internal teams and clients. Project Management : Ensure timely and efficient completion of significant tax engagements. Required Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related fields such as Finance, Business, or Economics. Certification : CPA certification (MBT is a plus but not required). Experience : 4-6+ years of tax experience, including leadership and consulting roles. Skills : Strong technical tax expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent communication (written and oral). At our firm, we're looking for candidates who are fully authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship. The starting salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000, based on factors like experience, qualifications, and organizational needs.
