This full-time School Psychologist position provides the opportunity to support students across grades K-12 at a flagship location with occasional assistance at a nearby school. Located in Mountain View, CA, this on-site role is ideal for licensed psychologists passionate about making a difference in educational settings. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for K-12 students to identify learning needs and barriers
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct counseling and intervention services addressing academic, emotional, and behavioral challenges
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives promoting student well-being
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical and legal guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure as required by the state
  • Experience working with diverse student populations in K-12 settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with school staff and families
  • Bilingual skills preferred but not mandatory
