Responsibilities of the Sales Engineer:

Technical Expertise:

Sales Support:

- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, product presentations, and other sales materials

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their unique challenges and requirements
- Conduct site visits and engage in direct communication to gather information and provide on-site technical support

Product Customization:

- Work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to customize solutions based on customer specifications
- Provide feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement based on market trends and customer feedback

Market Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands
- Analyze market data to identify potential areas for growth and improvement

Requirements of the Sales Engineer:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
Strong understanding of industrial and commercial door systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
