This position is a fully remote road warrior sales opportunity. The candidate must be located in either Tennessee or Alabama.
Position Summary Were seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representative to develop and grow customer relationships across our newly expanded Southeast territory. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment, combines mechanical aptitude with consultative sales skills, and enjoys solving problems for manufacturing customers. Key Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Maintain and grow relationships with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and assembly plants. Conduct on-site product demonstrations and application evaluations. Translate customer needs into effective fastening and torque solutions. Collaborate with internal engineering, service, and order management teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Accurately manage sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications 25 years of technical sales experienceora technical degree (Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field) with demonstrated drive and a strong desire to succeed in a customer-facing role. Strong mechanical aptitude; able to understand and explain technical concepts and system performance. Natural problem solver with a consultative mindset. High self-motivation and comfort with commission- or bonus-driven earnings. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to travel regionally (up to 60%).
