Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Prior sales experience, preferably in B2B or government/municipal services
- Industry background in construction, engineering, architecture, local government, or code compliance required
- Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and upselling
- Proficient with CRM tools, data analysis, and digital platforms
- Be willing to travel 50%
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal and development clients
- Onboard new clients and manage long-term account growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Track project progress and provide regular client updates and reports
Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation up to $105,000/year (base salary + quarterly performance bonuses)
