Job Description
Position Title : Sales Engineer
Location : Livonia, MI
Specifically, the Sales, Tool and Die will:
- Monitor customer sales activities and generate new leads and opportunities
- Convey customer requirements to the team
- Act as primary contact for customers, including phone and email contact
- Create and provide estimates for tool builds, components, and tool repair or adjustment
- Assist with production management
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned
What you'll need to bring to the table:
- Working knowledge of CAD software, desired but not required
- Industry specific sales network ideal
- Knowledge of the tool and die trade, Wire EDM and EDM, desired but not required
- Moderate overnight travel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer and project team
