As a Sales Engineer, you'll be the technical and strategic bridge between clients and project teams. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and contractors across Indiana.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in mechanical systems, energy retrofits, and building performance upgrades.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and estimating teams to develop proposals and technical solutions.
- Conduct site assessments and present value-driven solutions to clients.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and energy efficiency programs.
- 3-7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in mechanical contracting, HVAC, or energy services.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Familiarity with building systems, energy modeling, or performance contracting is a plus.
