Their Northern NJ office is expanding to meet growing demand-and we're looking for a seasoned sales engineer ready to lead, influence, and deliver. -Own the Territory: Manage and expand a book of business with established consulting engineers, design-build contractors, and key decision-makers across the Northern NJ market. -Engineer the Win: Analyze project specifications, select optimal equipment, and develop engineered solutions that meet both performance and budget goals. -Act as a Strategic Advisor: Guide customers through complex HVAC applications with a consultative approach.
