Position Overview
The Sales Engineer will serve as a critical link between our engineering capabilities and customer needs, driving business development and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of aerospace applications, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Mundo-Techs products, capabilities, and strategic objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams on engineering-related matters concerning product applications, sales, and service.
- Maintain and grow existing business relationships while proactively identifying opportunities to expand market share.
- Utilize market analytics to communicate industry trends and customer needs to senior leadership.
- Conduct performance assessments and derive actionable insights to inform sales strategy.
- Represent Mundo-Tech at domestic and international trade shows, promoting the companys competitive advantages and fostering industry relationships.
- Continuously improve sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business (preferred)
- 35 years of experience in the aerospace industry, with 2+ years in commercial or military programs (preferred)
- Demonstrated success in sales with measurable revenue results
- High ethical standards and a commitment to professional integrity
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
