Job Description : Angst+Pfister is rapidly expanding its new US entity and is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Application Engineer (SAE) to join our dynamic Sales Team. The SAE will increase sales by growing existing customer accounts, focusing on strengthening current business partnerships and creating new ones. The goal is to become a Trusted Advisor to your key customers.
YOUR MISSION
You will…
Generate and develop new business with new customers in your designated territory.
Manage key accounts of our large existing customers.
Win new customers for our sensor product portfolio in industrial, medical, and transportation markets.
Launch new products in collaboration with our product management and development teams.
Maintain direct customer contact and manage relationships.
Provide technical support to customers and understand sensor applications and requirements.
YOUR PROFILE
You have a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or physics. Alternatively, you possess successful experience as a developer, product manager, or technical sales representative in the sensor industry.
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the sensor industry.
You have expertise in selling pressure or flow sensors (or sensor components).
You are enthusiastic about independent, technical, and success-oriented work aligned with our corporate culture.
You have experience with sales tracking software.
You possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
You have excellent organizational skills.
You can overcome commercial and technical objections from potential clients.
You are capable of solving problems and dealing with various variables.
