Key Responsibilities

  Lead compelling product demonstrations tailored to EHS, risk management, and insurance professionals.

  Collaborate with the sales team to move deals forward by addressing technical questions, security evaluations, and workflow integration.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct discovery sessions to identify client pain points and recommend strategic, product-driven solutions with measurable ROI.

  
  


• 
  

  Support integration of data sources and solution architecture for complex enterprise clients.

  
  


• 
  

  Represent the company at industry events including webinars, conferences, and customer roundtables.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  5–10 years of experience in safety and risk solutions, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, or insurtech companies.

  
  


• 
  

  At least 5 years working in enterprise risk management, occupational safety, workers’ compensation, or fleet safety environments.

  
  


• 
  

  Exceptional communication and presentation skills—capable of influencing both technical users and executive stakeholders.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven ability to translate client requirements into customized technical solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Salesforce, EHS platforms, RMIS systems, or insurtech tools is a strong plus.

  Bachelor's degree required.
