About the Position: Ensure that rotating equipment and accompanying systems meet current best practices and industry standards while optimizing safety, reliability, and maintainability Provide recommendations for improving bad actor equipment and develop/ repair scopes for rotating equipment. Education and Experience Prior experience as a rotating/machinery specialist/technician who can perform the job role as described will be considered Physical Requirements Outside work often requires moderate physical exertion including climbing scaffolding, kneeling, bending, taking field measurements and walking projects Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes hardhat, safety glasses, respirators, ear plugs, still toed shoes, or other equipment as required. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
