Opelika/Auburn, AL | Full-time | Transportation | 1 Position Available

Sain Associates is looking for a civil engineer to join our Infrastructure team, where you will partner with a project manager to design Transportation projects, including roadways, sidewalks, and intersection improvements. This position is ideal if you would like to be technical expert on the project.

On a typical day, you might be performing quantity take-offs and designing roadway drainage systems, as well as creating the horizontal and vertical geometry for a road design. You will also be assisting with the design of the signage, pavement markings, and erosion control measures necessary for project construction.

Must Haves

Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering

4+ years of engineering experience

Professional Engineer (P.E.) License

Possess strong written and oral communication skills with English proficiency

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook

Enjoy learning different design software

Prefer someone with experience with CAD software like OpenRoads

Ability to travel as needed
