Your Opportunity

Stantec is seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team as Roadway Design Engineer in Raleigh, North Carolina. The selected candidate(s) will support our growing local and national practice and work directly with industry-leading transportation planners, designers, and engineers. Preferred candidates will have a passion for infrastructure design with a background in civil engineering. Candidates will occasionally travel to project and client sites for meetings and ideally have a valid driver's license. Stantec's local office designs a wide variety of Transportation projects, such as interstate widening, arterial widening, intersection improvements, roundabouts, complete streets, and bicycle/pedestrian projects. These projects will offer you the opportunity to experience a broad range of professional experiences. Technical experience with at least one of these key software programs is preferred: Microstation, GEOPAK, or OpenRoads. Above all, the successful candidate will be organized, highly self-motivated and curious, have a friendly, professional demeaner, and be able to multitask, ask questions, and learn from feedback.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
