Location: Work performance shall be performed onsite at government facilities in the National Capital Region (NCR). The NCR includes the District of Columbia and neighboring counties and cities of Maryland, Virginia, including Arlington, Loudon, Fairfax and Prince William counties in Virginia.
Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance required with SCI eligibility
Citizenship: US Citizenship required
Compensation: $115,000 - $165,000 salary range; compensation based on years of relevant professional experience, educational background, related professional skill set and geographical area. You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only.

AttainX, Inc. is in search of a Responsible AI Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) Office of the Chief Digital & Artificial Intelligence Officer (OCDAO) Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Program Support Services. As a Responsible AI Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading technical efforts to design, develop and integrate advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems and infrastructure. This role requires deep technical expertise in machine learning (ML), AI platforms and responsible AI tool integration.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Minimum of five years developing ML and AI infrastructure
Minimum of two years working on enterprise-scale AI platforms
Minimum of two years of experience with Responsible AI software tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in computer science or related field
Job Duties:
Provide senior-level engineering expertise for AI systems.
Integrate Responsible AI tools into enterprise infrastructure.
Support development of standardized, cyber-hardened AI platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize AI system design.
Advise on technology transition strategies.
