Tired of being one of thousands of engineers at a big tech company, shipping features that barely move the needle? This is different.
We’re building the next generation of systematic trading platforms, mid-frequency strategies, lean team (~30 people), direct line to researchers and traders. You won’t be a cog; you’ll be the engineer everyone relies on.
Why this role is rare: Impact: Your code is the strategy’s edge you’ll see direct PnL impact. Access: Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with researchers and trading leads, shaping systems end-to-end. Ownership: No bureaucracy. You’ll design, build, and deploy real-time infrastructure that powers trading. Flexibility: Hybrid setup (~3 days onsite in Greenwich) and open to candidates coming off non-competes.
What we’re looking for: 3+ years of SWE experience (finance background ideal, but strong tech with research exposure is encouraged). Strong Python; bonus if you’ve worked with data-intensive or low-latency systems. Solid math background and ability to work at the research/trading interface.
If you’re a high-calibre engineer ready to step into a role where every line of code matters, this is it. Opportunities like this don’t stay open for long.
