What You’ll Do: Deliver comprehensive installation, maintenance, and calibration services for advanced packaging machinery at various client sites. Relish the opportunity to troubleshoot and think dynamically. This position favors those who excel in customer-facing and hands-on roles rather than office settings. Navigate through routine 50% overnight travel, including potential air travel and multi-day on-site assignments primarily within regional manufacturing spaces. Main Responsibilities: Expertly manage machinery installation and audits to enhance operational efficiency at industrial facilities. Engage clients through insightful equipment training, addressing queries with professionalism. Complete thorough documentation for service assignments and operational logs. Maintain a company vehicle to meet rigorous operational expectations. Efficiently manage on-call duties through reliable communication channels. Plan and execute service activities autonomously, contributing to sales team efforts by promoting technical solutions and services. Take on additional roles as necessary under management guidance. Your Expertise: Advanced technical skills in mechanical and electrical systems. Proficiency or interest in PLC programming. Experience in mechatronics is valued. Strong skills in troubleshooting, supported by a solid foundation in root-cause analysis. At least 2 years of technical service or manufacturing experience required. Valid driver's license and readiness to travel as projects demand. Capability to work independently and demonstrate initiative. Professional presentation and behavior are essential. Flexibility to rapidly adjust to varying priorities while maintaining motivation. Military background is appreciated but not required.
